Preston, a senior standout, shattered the men’s 3000-meter school record previously held by Justin Spoon. Preston’s accomplishment marked a personal milestone and exemplified the legacy of leadership fostered within the team.
Brendan Funke and John Rahbany also delivered remarkable performances, achieving significant personal bests in the shot put and long jump. Their efforts contributed crucial points to Asbury’s overall standing in the championships.
