On Halloween night, downtown Wilmore will be filled with trick-or-treaters looking to fill up their candy bags with sugary treats during the annual Wilmore Treats on Main.
The event will take place on Friday, Oct. 31, in downtown Wilmore from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Main Street will be closed to traffic for people to gather in their Halloween costumes while businesses and churches hand out candy. Families from across Wilmore and surrounding communities are invited to dress up and enjoy a family-friendly evening of trick-or-treating.
The event provides a fun way for local organizations to connect with residents, while community members enjoy the excitement of showing off their costumes and collecting candy without having to walk door-to-door in the dark.
In addition to handing out candy, many booths in the past have also featured fun games and prizes.
Whether you’re a young trick-or-treater or just someone who loves a bit of Halloween fun, Treats on Main offers a chance to celebrate with neighbors and kick off the holiday fun.
