Asbury University’s Tumbling Team will host its annual Jym Jam production on April 10 from 7–9 p.m., continuing a decades-long tradition of performance and ministry.
First established in 1965, Jym Jam has been held every year since and this spring marks its 61st anniversary at Asbury. The event showcases the team’s tumbling routines, similar to what they perform while on their tour over spring break. Over the years, the program has become a highlight of many on campus, drawing students, families and community members together for an evening of high-energy routines and entertainment.
The event is free and open to both Asbury students and the public. While Jym Jam is specifically geared toward children as part of the team’s broader ministry focus, the tumbling team emphasizes that the event is open to all.
Jym Jam remains one of the Tumbling Team’s most anticipated events each year, offering an opportunity for the campus and local community to gather and experience a longstanding Asbury tradition.
