As Valentine’s Day approaches, the Asbury University Music Department is hosting a Choral Valentine Concert. The Choral Valentine Concert will feature Men’s Glee Club, Women’s Choir and Chorale performances.
In addition to having the opportunity to hear beautiful performances from Asbury choirs, students will also have the opportunity to hear an original Valentine’s Day poem.
On Feb. 3, original poems were submitted to be judged by a panel of specialists. The winner of the poetry competition will not only have their poem read during the Valentine Concert but will also receive a $100 prize.
Make it a night to remember by bringing a partner, a friend or simply treating yourself to an evening of captivating performances.
The concert will take place on Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m. in Jameson Hall.
