What is the importance of your committee/role?
SGA is important because we look into the student body’s most pressing issues and vote on solutions so that the students here have the best experience possible. We get to represent the student body on issues concerning their academics, student services, campus awareness, etc.
What has been the best moment you’ve experienced while being involved with them?
The best moment was my first SGA meeting. We got to discuss parking on campus and the current liberal arts curriculum.
What do you want other students on campus to know about your committee?
Everyone that is part of SGA is fully committed to improving every student’s experience here at Asbury. We put a lot of thought and passion into it because we are here to serve.
