What is the importance of your committee/branch?
The prayer committee includes each of the class chaplains and we help with the prayer ministries on campus. Basically, we are continually praying for our campus and our classmates. We also plan prayer events, like Class Renewal and the 24/5 prayer week.
What has been the best moment you’ve experienced while being involved with them?
We had breakout chapel a few weeks ago, which we got to plan specifically for our class. I was really happy with how everything went. We had a panel of faculty come talk to the seniors about living holistic Christian lives after graduation. It went really well, and everyone really enjoyed it! That was awesome to be a part of.
What do you want other students on campus to know about your committee/ branch?
We are here for you! If you need prayer, let us know. We are in the roles we are because we care about the members of our class and their spiritual lives.
