Women’s Basketball  (16-6)

After an extremely disappointing home loss against University of Rio Grande on Jan. 22, the Eagles went on the road and won against Berea two days later. The women’s team now has a three-game run at home against conference opponents. They currently sit at sixth in the KIAC, two wins behind conference leaders Point Park University.

Men’s Basketball (16-6)

Asbury’s poor form away from home continued in an 85-81 loss against Berea last Saturday. After carrying the lead into halftime, the Eagles couldn’t maintain their offense and weren’t able to recover after falling behind. The team is now 1-5 on the road, but will be back in their comfort zone for their next games against Indiana University-Kokomo and Indiana University-East.

Both teams play at home this Saturday, Jan. 31 vs. Indiana University Southeast. The women tip-off at 2 p.m. and the men are scheduled to start at 4 p.m.
