After weeks of waiting in suspense, students finally have the opportunity to check out the new Grille, now called the Z.T. Bistro. The renovated restaurant opens its doors to students for the first time this evening at The Bistro Ball from 6-8 p.m. The semi-formal event will give students a sneak peak of the new and improved Bistro, and offer a photobooth and prizes. The Z.T. Bistro will feature a new menu, unlimited transfer meals and new hours of operation, remaining open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
